SCOT (System Centralny Okrętowy Taktyczny) is Poland's indigenous Combat Management System, developed at OBR CTM S.A. for the Kormoran II-class mine countermeasure vessels. As Head of the Software Engineering Department, I led 60+ engineers and consultants through the full lifecycle — from R&D through integration testing to operational deployment with the Polish Navy.
The system integrates all vessel subsystems — sensors, weapons, navigation, communications, and damage control — into a unified tactical command platform. It provides real-time situational awareness, threat assessment, and weapon engagement coordination.
