Scope
Multi-year Program
Team
Cross-functional IT

Relocate 3,500+ employees with full IT infrastructure to a brand-new office complex — with an absolute zero-downtime requirement. The project encompassed a complete data center migration, 3,500 workstations, network infrastructure, telephony systems, and physical security systems, all while maintaining continuous business operations for a major financial institution.

Applied PRINCE2 methodology with waterfall planning and iterative execution phases. Coordinated cross-functional IT teams spanning infrastructure, security, and networking disciplines. Each migration wave was meticulously planned with rollback procedures and parallel system operation to ensure business continuity.

The project also included the insurance and pension business separation as part of a pan-European M&A regulatory compliance initiative, requiring careful delineation of shared infrastructure and data assets.

  • Zero unplanned downtime throughout the entire migration program
  • Recognized as an industry benchmark for complex office migration
  • Full IT infrastructure and data center relocated within planned timeframe
  • Insurance and pension business separation completed in compliance with pan-European regulations (M&A)

Kormoran II-class MCM

Build Poland's first indigenous Combat Management System — SCOT (Ship COmbat Tactical) — for the Kormoran II-class mine countermeasure vessels. This required integrating sensors, weapons, and navigation systems into a unified C4 (Command, Control, Communications, Computers) architecture, while leading a department of 60+ engineers and consultants with an annual portfolio budget of approximately 30M PLN.

Implemented SAFe 5 framework with iterative R&D cycles and integrated DevOps practices. Managed engineering teams across multiple Agile Release Trains, coordinating software development, hardware integration, and systems testing. Applied defense-grade quality assurance with continuous integration pipelines adapted for classified environments.

  • SCOT system awarded Bursztynowy Medalion at Balt Military Expo 2018
  • Presidential Award for increasing soldier safety
  • System described as "the heart, brain, and nervous system" of the vessel
